Chemed Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend

  Chemed Corporation (NYSE: CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18-cents per share on the Company’s capital stock, payable on September 4, 2012, to shareholders of record as of August 13, 2012. This is a 2-cent, or 12.5%, increase over the 16-cent dividend paid in the second quarter of 2012. The previous dividend increase was in August 2011, when the Board raised the dividend from 14-cents to 16-cents per share. This represents the 165th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 41 years as a public company.... Read more
