Do You Feel Lucky? 8 Lucky REITs That Yield 8% Plus

Isn't it funny that, in the new year, many people respond to others by using these two choice words, "good luck"? I know that I have replied to many readers on Seeking Alpha using these exact words, without any knowledge of why I want them to be lucky.
Just because this is an investing site, doesn't necessarily mean that I know what kind of luck I can offer them.
For some, good luck could mean that they make 10x their original investment, and for others, it could mean just breaking even. Regardless of the risk profile, I think everyone would agree that they want to be lucky, in some form or fashion.
To be honest, I think most of us want to be lucky, and many traders have learned that the key to finding good fortunes is rooted in perseverance. As Thomas Jefferson famously explained, "I'm a greater believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it".
So, there you have it… now, you know why I write so many articles on Seeking Alpha, because I get luckier, and subsequently, my investment record is considered above average.
And since we're on the subject of lucky, today, I am writing my second article in a series called, "Do You Feel Lucky?". Yesterday, the first article was on the "REITs that Yield 7% Plus" and now, I am moving up the ladder into the "8% Plus" category. Tomorrow, I'll close out the week with the mouthwatering "Double-Digit Dynamos".
