Moog Inc. Announces Increased Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B), a worldwide designer, manufacturer and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and controls systems, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share on the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 6, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2023.
